Which methods of payment does Poznachka offer?

Poznachka offers you multiple payment methods online. Whatever your mode of online payment, you can rest assured that Poznachka.com’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet PrivatBank, Liqpay, Interkassa. Poznachka also accepts payments made using Card Types like Visa, MasterCard to pay online.

Please be aware that we will not begin production until we have received the payment and the print-ready artwork. As we have no influence on the posting systems and processing time of the banks this may take up to 2 working days (excluding Sunday and holidays).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. COD option is available.

How can get refund if my order got cancelled by any reason?

If you are booking an order on our website and your payment gets deducted but your order gets cancelled by any reason we will refund your money in 7-14 working days.

There was an error while processing payment. How will I know if the payment went through successfully?

In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-14 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email to team@poznachka.com for any further clarifications.

Amount deducted but order not confirmed?

We apologize for what has happened . In certain cases due to some technical issues with the payment gateway (our partner payment gateways) your amount might have debited but order might have not created we request you to check with our chat support for immediate reply and if they were able to confirm the payment with our Finance team that your payment has been received then an order will be activated. You can track your order from Order History page in your account.

What is your refund policy if I receive a damaged product?

After understanding the issue further, we would decide to refund or reprint the order for you.
