I have placed my Order! What's next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you an ORDER CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details and will keep you informed at every step of the way.

We will send you an Order Confirmation email containing the details of your order. Please review the email and if you find any issue with your order, please contact us right away in order to help you.

Your order details, processing and delivery selections are entered in our production scheduling system. Using this information, the system prioritizes the printing, production and shipping of your order in accordance with your selections. We then select and customize your item(s), pack it/them ,and manage the time for your package for shipping.

Please follow our mails if there is any issue with design or production our team will contact you.

How do I track my order?  / Where can I find out about the current status of my order?

If you are logged in, you can see all relevant information and the status of your order in your JOB DETAILS area under your order name.

How can I cancel my order?
  • A cancellation of your order is generally possible only when the order is not processed for production.
  • Cancellation is possible only when the order status is 'Under design review' or 'Kept on Hold.
  • You have to raise a request to cancel the order. Our team will confirm whether we can help you or not.
Can I change my order?

Your satisfaction is important to us! Our guarantee is the best quality at low prices. In the unlikely occurrence of defects with the delivered goods, we want to handle your complaint as easily and quickly as possible.

Please contact us via 067 733 44 22 or send us an e-mail to team@poznachka.com with "Complaint" as your subject and please include your order number and product photos if possible.

Then we will check your complaint and get back in touch with you.

Please note that obvious defects must be reported within a period of 4-5 days from receipt of goods.

Do I need any specific browser / any other requirements to place an order?

You need to have an internet connection to browse the products and place your orders. You can use any browser. However, Google Chrome is the most compatible browser.

Where can I find offers? 

Once you add product to the cart and click on ADD TO CART button, you will be prompted to MY CART and you can enter the voucher code in the respective tab before checking out.

Can i make modification to existing order?

If the order is not processed to production, We couldn’t assist providing you the access to edit your existing order hence we are sorry we couldn’t help on your request.
