How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours.

Depending on the shipping address and within India, post ordering, this should take 10 working days with standard shipping to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues and availability of certain products it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays. You can track your shipment once it is shipped.

Do you have any shipping charges?

Our shipping charges entirely depends on product category,shipping location only. We also offer free shipping for certain products. Your shipping charges can be viewed while you proceed to checkout.

Can I get the tracking number of my order?

Yes, the tracking details are updated to your order once it is shipped out from our facility.

What is your refund policy if my order is delayed?

The order will be delivered as per the delivery timeline mentioned while you checkout. We are sticking towards the same timeline only. If there is any delay due to bad weather or carrier delay due to any reason there might be a delay. But if your order is facing any issue in getting the package on delivery kindly reach us we can make it right on time.

How do I track my order?

Can I have an order delivered on a particular date?

We continuously try to deliver products purchased from in best condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.

Can I Change the shipping address?

In most cases, Yes. After you place an order you can reach us via chat/call to help you in changing the address if the product is not yet packed or dispatched.

Partial/Incomplete Order delivered?
